This week my wife went to Kosovo on a school trip and learned more in 5 days than I’ve learned in 40+ years. After my trip to Spain last week, I was happy to hold down the fort at home, ran a few OKR check-ins with clients and had a chat about what to do when OKRs feel like a drag. HINT: make sure your OKRs actually reflect your priorities. If they don’t, change ’em.

Some highlights:

Took a 10+ mile walk with some friends to Ivanhoe Beacon in the Chilterns.
Popped into the wonderful new Expressionists Exhibition at Tate Modern.
Attended an interesting workshop on intimacy & consent in a variety of contexts – not just physical – organised by What Does Not. I’ve written a little blog post about consent in the workplace.
Did some work from the lovely little cafe at Queens Wood.
